MULTI-GENERATIONAL DISTRIBUTION OPTION
from Midland National is simply an extension of the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) rules set forth by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This distribution option essentially allows the RMDs to continue to the client's beneficiaries at death.

Fixed Annuity.
At the death of the Owner or Annuitant, Midland National will pay for the Accumulation Value to the Beneficiary.

100% liquid fixed deferred annuity that offers clients access to their money when they need it.
Penalty-Free Withdrawals
100% liquidity
The Cash Management Annuity(SM) is issued on form AC088A (group certificate) or AS088A (individual contract) or appropriate state variation by Midland National Life Insurance Company, Des Moines, Iowa. This product, its features and riders may not be available in all states.
Withdrawals prior to age 59 1/2 may be subject to an IRS penalty.

Fixed Account
The Fixed Account will earn the current Fixed Account interest rate. This rate will be guaranteed for the entire year, thereafter a new rate will be declared annually.
Index Account.
Midland National offers interest credits based on the performance of various market indices. Each year the resulting interest credit is credited to the Index Account. A Cap may also be applied to this index credit on certain products.
